That makes the sizing kit a working part of the product journey. Print, packaging and fulfilment materials also help the brand explain the product and deliver it consistently. They sit outside the sensor and battery, but remain part of what a customer receives.
Oura’s SEC filing describes a business that relies on third-party manufacturers and specialised suppliers. Manufacturing follows approved specifications, bills of materials and test requirements. The filing describes a global footprint; it does not map every country to a particular component or final assembly operation. [2]

Public shipping records name Hangzhou Amphenol Phoenix Telecom Parts as a supplier of Oura sizing kits in 2020–2022, and sizing rings and kits again in 2026. The documented goods are fit-testing accessories. [3] [4]
The company’s official site presents mechanism, cable and automation development within the wider Amphenol network. Its capabilities reach beyond a single accessory order. For this Oura case, however, the known delivery is the sizing kit—not a demonstrated order for titanium shells, sensors or electronic-ring assembly. [5]
RR Donnelley
Dongguan Donnelley records describe shipping boxes, sizing-kit bags and printed inserts for Oura. RRD’s own Asian overview places Dongguan within its wider manufacturing network. The connection is packaging and communication around the product. [4] [6]
Stora Enso Inpac
A July 2026 shipment to Oura Health Oy describes box lids, bases and trays from Stora Enso Inpac’s Dongguan entity. Stora Enso identifies Dongguan as part of its Chinese consumer-packaging network, with design, manufacturing and supply-chain services. [7] [8]
These examples also show why geography and ownership should be separated. Production in China can sit within a multinational group’s network; a factory’s location does not identify the nationality of its parent company.

The shipment descriptions are important. A box for a ring is a packaging product; a plastic sizer is a fitting accessory. Neither record, on its own, identifies the factory assembling the electronic wearable.
